FOOD: OPEN VIETNAMESE SANDWICH -- BANH MI

I had a diversity lunch (pot-luck) at work and decided to make an ethnic food... Vietnamese sandwich called Banh Mi.  Since there were tons of people at the pot-luck, I decided to make an open mini-bite-size sandwich so everyone could have a taste!  Usually, these sandwiches are the size of a subway's or quizno's sandwich!












Easy Steps:
CLEAN DRYSLICE THE VEGETABLES, MEAT, AND BREAD: 
I USE ORGANIC VEGETABLES SO I DON'T GET FOOD POISONING WHEN I EAT! 
CUCUMBER
CILANTRO
BABY SPINACH
RED BELL PEPER 
BBQ PORK 
BREAD
SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA FOR LOOK!


BBQ THE PORK AND SEASON IT WITH AN EVEN AMOUNT OF... SPICES, PEPPER, SRIRACHA, SOY SAUCE, SESAME SEED OIL, GARLIC, BROWN SUGAR, AND VERY LITTLE SALT SINCE PORKS ARE ALREADY SALTY!

LAYER BBQ PORK WITH BREAD AND VEGETABLES

PLACE CILANTRO ON LAST FOR FLAVOR!

SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA FOR LOOK!
